Orders

Once we have received your order, we aim to process and ship your item to you within 10 business days.

If you haven’t received your package within 14 business days, please do not hesitate to reach out to our Customer Experience Team at support@deariss.com and we’ll be more than happy to assist you.

We are unable to make any changes to the address once the order has been dispatched.

If your order has not been dispatched, we’re always happy to assist as best we can. Should you need to make any edits to your order, please contact us at support@deariss.com and we’ll be more than happy to help.

Once your order has been placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the tracking information.

Should you come across any issues with tracking your package, please feel free to reach out to us at support@deariss.com, and we’ll work to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Returns

If your order has just been placed and has not been shipped out then we can cancel the order and refund you in full.

If your item has already been shipped out then we will not be able to offer you a refund unless the item is sent back to us.

To return your product, send us an email at support@deariss.com

You will be charged a £5.99 return shipping fee (UK Only) for the prepaid shipping label that is sent via email.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
